TIMSBURY Local pride was at stake when Timsbury A met the club's B team in the under-11s section of handbags-E the Bath and District Youth League.
It was an entertaining clash with some good individual performances but in the end the greater experience of the A team saw them come out on top.
The A side have lost just one game this term, away to Hinton Charterhouse, while the young B team, despite finding the going tough, are enjoying the competitive nature of the league.
